A resignation must be received in writing, fax or email. Any payments made prior to that are nonrefundable. I can at any time resign from PPA and stop charges being made to my credit card. PPA will notify me of any dues or membership changes and will automatically renew my membership. The monthly charge will appear on my credit card statements as Professional Photographers of America and the statement will act as a receipt. I understand that I will pay an additional $1.50 per month for bank processing fees included in the dues amounts in this application. I have all the text times and dates and if it was on a Memorial Day Sale why would it still not be honored on Memorial Day. The fact that their message system did not pick up my request shouldn't be my problem. Apparently no one received my order for the 2nd lamp and even though I bought it during the Memorial Day Sale this lamp is no longer on sale and if I wanted to purchase it I would to pay full price minus 11% which is still significantly more than the sale price. I called this morning on Memorial Day to follow up to be sure that all was in order. My brother passed during this time and I just realized that I hadn't gotten a receipt. On May 24th I responded to Houzz's Message Bot that I would like to place an order for a 2nd matching lamp and to charge to the same credit card. On May 23rd I ordered a lamp from Houzz Memorial Day Sale website and I think the order went OK but I haven't received it yet.
